Protecting the institutional costs is how to protect the institution.  A responsibility to make sure you are covering institutional costs in the case of withdrawal or expulsion, not subjecting all the other families to undue burden. 

The need to put down-payments for activities or lodging in advance.

However, applicants will be so competitive for the other admission pools, that it would be extremely unlikely to move the needle.

We want to make sure that candidates do the hours required.

Part of our programming, is to research and verify the validity of the programs we are out-sourcing.  Additionally, your courses may not be designed in the same manner as the expectations of The MAC.

Sometimes no.

In many instances our courses may occur over years.  We may utilize only some of an accredited course, and source other material that the college and/or the candidates deem more prudent.

Sometimes yes.

In some situations regarding our out-sourced course providers, we will have completed any particular course in a swift and pertinent order e.g. the first six months will focus intensely on the financial side of things like completing Accounting 1 and Accounting 2 by early January of the first year - in this example, the courses we are sourcing are accepted by thousands of institutions.
